Frequently Asked Questions

• What Size do I need?

Generally, a 5x10 unit is compared to a walk-in closet and will hold several boxes and small furniture, like a couch or dresser. A 10x10 is about the size of a small bedroom and may be big enough to store a small apartment without a lot of furniture. A 12x20 would be enough to store an entire 3 bedroom home including furniture & appliances.  

•  Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Leases are by the month and are renewed at the first of the month.

• What payment method do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit card or debit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or also by Check, Money Order, or Cash.

•  Can I use my own lock?

Yes, or we have locks that can be purchased.

•  Are my goods insured?

We do not insure your goods directly; however we have information about where you can obtain excellent insurance.
