When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime during listed business hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written or verbal notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a State issued ID (example: driver’s license) for non-military. If military we require driver’s license and military ID.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person with cash, check, money order or credit card, mail a check or money order, make a payment online through our website.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Money Order, VISA or MasterCard.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables (food products), Scented items. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in and out.
